Pricing
With respect to items sold on the Website, we cannot confirm the price of an item until you order. Despite our best efforts, a small number of the items in our catalog may be incorrectly priced. If an
item’s correct price is different to our stated price, we will, at our discretion, either contact you before shipping or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.
Risk of Loss
All items purchased from Rudolf Heltzel are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
Return Policy
Every piece we create is made with passion and pride. And will not leave the workshop until we are 100% satisfied with the result. This is the reason why we also want our clients to feel satisfied and love their pieces.

Exchanges are offered for pieces purchased through our shop.
Items that have been engraved or specially altered at your request (including ring sizes, bracelet sizes or chain lengths) and bespoke items, unfortunately cannot be returned.
Pieces must be unworn, in their original packaging.
* Please note – Pieces purchased in store and paid deposits can be returned for exchange for another item or for a credit note. Unfortunately we are unable to offer money back.
THE STEPS
Please follow these simple steps to return your purchase to us.
Contact us to notify us of your return and advise whether you would like to exchange your piece or if you would prefer a credit note.
Return the piece, along with the original packaging.
Provided the piece is in its original condition, we will process the exchange/credit note immediately.
*Please note,International duties and taxes that have been paid on receiving an item cannot be refunded by Rudolf Heltzel Jewellers.
Please Note: Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
QUOTES, DEPOSITS & BESPOKE PIECES
When an order is placed we request a deposit of 20% of the quoted cost, to be paid by cash, card or by bank transfer*.
The outstanding balance is payable before the piece of jewellery is collected.
Once the final design, details and corresponding quote are agreed and signed off, any design changes you make may carry an additional cost.
This cost will be calculated as necessary. All quotes are in euro, and include VAT. We’re sure you appreciate that we cannot be held responsible for variations in exchange rates with other currencies.
Deposits are not refundable but we will be happy to offer a credit note for future purchases.
*Please note – orders paid by bank transfers are processed after the amount is confirmed by the bank or as soon as we receive proof of transfer.
Delivery Time
Rudolf Heltzel shall not be liable for delay or failure to deliver products promptly if such failure arises due to force majeure or by reason of any delays occasioned by courier, post, strikes, riots, lockouts or other
labour trouble, war, fire, accident, mechanical failure, delay or failure of delivery of the products by manufacturer’s suppliers or other persons; government action, legislation or regulation of any kind;
Act of God, or any circumstances whatsoever outside our reasonable control.
Duties & Taxes
Please note that delivery charges on our website within the Republic of Ireland include VAT but international recipients may be subject to taxes, duties or customs charges upon delivery.
Limitations of liability
Rudolf Heltzel will not be liable to you (whether under the law of contact, the law of torts or otherwise) in relation to the contents of, or use of, or otherwise in connection with this website:
to the extent that the website is provided free-of-charge, for any direct loss;
for any indirect, special or consequential loss; or
for any business losses, loss of revenue, income, profits or anticipated savings, loss of contracts or business relationships, loss of reputation or goodwill, or loss or corruption of information or data.We

action, legislation or regulation of any kind; Act of God, or any circumstances whatsoever outside our reasonable control.
These limitations of liability apply even if Rudolf Heltzel has been expressly advised of the potential loss.
Exceptions
Nothing in this website disclaimer will exclude or limit any warranty implied by law that it would be unlawful to exclude or limit; and nothing in this website disclaimer will exclude or limit Rudolf Heltzel liability
in respect of any:
