The following are services we provide in relation to jewellery cleaning and polishing:

• Diagnosis – our experts examine the piece to make sure the piece is all in order and may identify possible or necessary work that has to be done.
• Cleaning, generally in an ultrasonic tank, but sometimes entirely by hand if the piece or gemstones dictate.
• Buffing involves carefully polishing the piece but not necessarily removing any scratches and scrapes.
• Polishing can be more laborious than buffing because it may also include eliminating some or all of the scratches.

After any work is done on the jewellery we perform a technical and aesthetic inspection in accordance with our high-quality criteria.

Performed mainly on rings but also on bracelets, this service consists of increasing or reducing the size of the item as much as possible without affecting its aesthetic or design.

Our Jewellers take time to examine your creation, so as to identify the work to be carried out.

We will suggest the most suitable method for adjusting the size of your jewellery creation, depending on the design.

Carried out by our specialist goldsmith , this customised service includes diagnosis, re-sizing, polishing and cleaning of the piece.

Polishing requires significant expertise in order to avoid distorting your creation’s original form. Our goldsmiths rigorously follow multiple steps to produce the final gleaming result This service is always undertaken with respect to the original technical and aesthetic specifications of the piece.
